Since November 2018, South West Blood Bikes has proudly supported the NHS by providing a free transportation service for urgent medical supplies. In just over five years, our dedicated volunteers have saved the NHS an incredible £503,251 in transportation costs—a milestone that highlights the vital role Blood Bikes play in the healthcare system.

South West Blood Bikes operates 24/7, 365 days a year, delivering everything from blood and plasma to urgent medical equipment and patient samples. By taking on these critical deliveries, we not only ensure timely transportation of essential items but also help alleviate financial pressures on the NHS.

This achievement is a testament to the commitment and passion of our volunteers, who give their time freely to make a real difference in our communities. Every journey we undertake is powered by people who believe in the importance of supporting our healthcare system, one delivery at a time.
