This weekend, two of our area teams held social events, providing our dedicated volunteers with an opportunity to catch up with each other and stay informed about updates within the charity.

The East Area Team gathered at Brightside Roadside on Haldon Hill, enjoying a warm and welcoming environment. Meanwhile, the West Area Team met at Starbucks Future Inn (@starbucksuk). A special thank-you to both venues for hosting these wonderful gatherings—it’s much appreciated!

Our volunteers usually only meet while on duty or at fundraising events, making these social gatherings a fantastic way to strengthen bonds, connect with fellow team members, and welcome new volunteers into the fold. These events highlight the importance of community and camaraderie, ensuring everyone feels supported and valued.
